Ex F-BLIJ, built 1963. Registered G-AZRX 14 April 1972. On 14 August 1991, the aircraft was DBR when it stalled, rolled, landed heavily and overturned on approach to Sandtoft airfield, North Lincolnshire. The pilot escaped with minor injuries. Registration cancelled 21 October 1991. The damaged hulk was first noted at Adventure Island, where it reposes on the Crazy Golf Course, in June 1997, having previously been used for a similar purpose at Great Yarmouth.
