Delivered to Philips as PH-ILF in 1968. Sold as N41154 then N183GA in 1994. Crashed and caught fire at Toledo, OH after it hit trees on approach in 2003. Remains to Dodson International Parts, Rantoul, KS. Still there in 2013. Probably later scrapped.
