Delivered to United Air Lines as N8969U in 1969. To Arrow Air in 1982 then to Hawaiian Airlines in 1986. To Air Vias as PP-AIY then returned to the lessor as N8969U in 1995. Converted to a freighter for Air Transport International in 1996 then to Arrow Air in 1999 who were renamed to Fine Air in 2001 and back to Arrow Air in 2002.
