Approaching to land on Runway 31 at Prestwick, arriving as RRR2342. Carries the markings of the RAF's 101 Squadron, coded "X". Delivered new to the RAF as a VC10 C.1 in 1968. Converted to a C.1K tanker/transport in 1996. Withdrawn from service in 2011. Broken up at Bruntingthorpe in 2012. This photo is copyright © David A.
