After being deployed to Ramstein since October 2023, this Aussie Wedgetail is seen about to depart RAF Lossiemouth on its way home 'Down Under'. According to the government of Australia, the aircraft was deployed in support of multinational efforts helping to protect a vital gateway of international humanitarian and military assistance to Ukraine. It has been released by another aircraft currently in Germany (A30-006). This photo is copyright © Berry Vissers, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
