The Czechoslovak Air Force redesignated its Fishbed-Js that had been re-engined with the Tumanskiy R13-300 engine as 'MiG-21MA', as they also were equipped with the RP-21MA radar. This example was TOC by the Czechoslovak AF in July, 1969 and retired in December, 1992 and is now on display in the small museum at Nitra. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
