This Caravelle was originally delivered to Alitalia in June 1964 and later flew also with SAM - Societa Aerea Mediterranea from 1969 until 1976. The plane was wfu in April 1978 and is now preserved, albeit with a great deal of TLC needed, in this town in north-east Italy. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
