My first catch of a Boeing 737-8200. Operated exclusively by Ryanair for now (Allegiant Air has some on order) they have an extra 8 seats added over the standard 189 configuration for a total of 197, requiring the addition of an extra set of exit doors just aft of the wings. This example was delivered new at the end of 2023 and is seen here arriving from London-Luton as "Ryanair (RYR) 75SN".
