Moored at its parking spot on the water's edge of Lake Hood. Delivered to the US Army in 1957 as 56-0398. Became N88788 in 1973. Joined Regal Air at Anchorage as N9878R the following year, in May 1991. Destroyed in a sadly fatal takeoff accident in the initial climb, east of Willow Seaplane Base, Alaska, in July 2018.
