Originally delivered to Pan Am in March 1985 and converted to a freighter in 1999, this machine finished its career with Sterna Linhas Aereas in Brasil as PR-STN. It suffered a nosegear collapse on landing at Recife on 21 October 2016 and was withdrawn from service. It remained intact at Recife as of 2023..
