Delivered to Balair as HB-IHK in 1979. To Martinair as PH-MCO in 1993 then to McDonnell-Douglas as N526MD in 1994 and Challengair as OO-LRM in 1995. Leased to various operators. To Boeing as N526MD and converted to a freighter in 2000. To World Airways in 2001 and returned in 2002 then to Arrow Air in 2004. Withdrawn from use at Opa Locka, FL in 2010 and scrapped in 2012.
