Delivered to World Airways as N109WA in 1980. Leased to Air Florida from March 1983 to July 1984. To United Airlines as N1859U in 1986 then to BrasMex Cargo as PR-BME in 2002. Returned to the lessor as N478CT in 2004 then to Arrow Air in 2005. Withdrawn from use at Opa Locka, FL in 2010 and scrapped in 2014.
