F/f 7th May 2014 and delivered 16th May 2014. Damaged beyond repair 10th May 2021 after striking a sea wall whilst trying to land at Nangan (LZN / RCFG).The fuselage and right main landing gear were damaged and an emergency landing was performed at Taipei Songshan (TSA / RCSS), where all 74 occupants evacuated safely.
