Delivered to UTA as F-BLKX in 1965 then to the French Air Force as 45820 in 1966. To World Wide Chater Systems as C-FIWW in 1989, MK Airlines as 9G-MKF in 1995 then to Hewa Bora Airways as S9-PSD and reregistered as 9Q-CHL in 2007. Withdrawn from use at Kinshasa N'Djili around 2010. Still there in 2013. Later scrapped.
