Little is known about this picture, so any help on years and / location is appreciated. 71-0291 has been a trails aircraft during its entire career. First with MacDonnel-Douglas for the F-15E development, later with Boeing for glass cockpit and various equipment tests. As such she was withdrawn in 1992. Considering the early 90s paint scheme this pictures probably dates from its final years in service. In 2002 the aircraft was sold to Saudi Arabia where it now resides in the Riyadh museum as Saudi Air Force '1315'.
