Delivered to the RAF as Jet Provost T5 XW410 in 1971. Converted to a Jet Provost T5A in 1974. To Cosford for use as ground trainer 9125M in 1993. Sold to Jet Art Aviation, Selby, North Yorkshire in 2013 and scrapped. Cockpit section preserved.
