Belonging to the Hellenic Air Force, operated by Olympic Airways. When operating flight OA3838 from Athens to Bucharest as a government flight on 14th September 1999, this aircraft was involved in an accident when it experienced 10 oscillations in pitch axis which exceeded the limit manoeuvring load factor during descend. The impact of the unfastened passengers with cabin ceiling and aircraft furniture caused fatal injuries to 7 passengers.
