One of eight Bristols acquired by Australian operators from the Pakistan air force. Allocated VH-TBD for Trans Australia Airlines, AP-AMK instead was used for spares. It sat at Bankstown airport from July 1961 to March 1968 when it was scrapped. For much of that time it was parked in the restricted area adjoining Hawker de Havilland's military facility along with Catalina VH-AGB, also owned by TAA.
