Sitting abandoned on the North side of YXE is this former Norcanair (North Canada Air) Fairchild F-27J. Records show it crashed at Wollaston Lake Airport in 1982 and was "written off" although the reg was never officially canceled until 1990, long after the Time Air takeover which occurred in 1987.
