This former Air France 707 was later registered 9G-ROX and was damaged beyond repair in an aborted takeoff at Bratislava on 7 February 1999. Investigation afterwards revealed that it was in poor technical condition, with major airframe and engine faults; it was broken up at Bratislava some years later.
