Delivered to the RCAF as 26190 in 1964. Used as ground trainer A714 from 1970. Returned to airworthy condition as 114190 in 1976. Broken up by 2001, wings to Trenton, rear fuselage used on 114024, other parts to Mountain View, cockpit used as a mobile recruiting display.
