This Phantom was delivered to the US Navy as a F-4J (VF-21) in 1970, served later VF-121 and was converted to F-4S. Was assigned to VF-154, VF-302 and transferred to the Marine Corps in March 1987. It was stricken on 17 January 2003 and stored at Cherry Point (NC). The Phantom was seen at Camp Atterbury (IN) in mid-2014 and then preserved at Madison, just north of Dane County airport from the fall 2014.
