Delivered to the USAAF as 44-78778 in 1945. Leased to Slick Airways as N5370N in 1950. Returned to the USAF as 44-78778 in 1954 then to Slick Airways as N5370N in 1955. Used by other operators from 1957. To Rich International in 1971 then to Bellomy-Lawson Aviation in 1984. Sold as HP-1058 then to Aeronica as YN-CBC in 1985. Withdrawn from use at Managua by 1994 and scrapped.
