Active on its last civil commercial contract, supporting firefighting operations for the Alaska Bureau of Land Management, operated by Duncan Aviation. Taken on strength by the RAF as XP447 "Horatius" a new Argosy C.1 in 1963 and served until 1975 after T.2 conversion in 1974. Became N1430Z with Management Jets International in 1976. Joined Duncan Aviation in 1978, withdrawn in 1991. Donated to the Museum of Flying at Santa Monica, CA. Transferred in 1993 to the Milestones of Flight Air Museum at Fox Field, Lancaster, CA.
