Delivered to United Airlines as N9074U in 1969. To Transavia as PH-TVH in 1975. Leased to Air Florida as N841L in 1980 and returned PH-TVH in 1981. Leased to Air Florida for the winter of 1983/4. To Vanguard Airlines as N603DJ in 1995 then to Aero Continente as OB-1755 in 2001. Transferred to Aero Continente Dominicana as HI-764CA in 2003 and returned as OB-1783 in 2003.
