Delivered to World Airways as N375WA in 1963. To Britannia Airways as G-AYSI in 1971 then to British Caledonian in 1973. To International Air Leases as N3751Y then TAMPA Colombia as HK-2401X in 1980. Destroyed in a fatal crash after takeoff from Medellin, Colombia less that a month after this photo was taken.
