Registered as JA8754 in 1969 before delivery to Piedmont Airlines as N274P in 1970. To PBA - Provincetown-Boston Airline in 1982 then to Simmons Airlines in 1985. Traded in to Shorts in 1986 and stored at Tucson, AZ. To Servicios Aereos Litoral as XA-ROV in 1989. Withdrawn from use at Greenwood, MS in 1991 and scrapped.
