Delivered to Air Florida as N82AF in 1981. To Midway Express in 1984 then to Midway Airlines in 1986 and reregistered as N722ML in 1987. To Southwest Airlines in 1991 and reregistered as N722WN in 1992. To Sky Airline as CC-CTX in 2005. Withdrawn from use at Santiago de Chile in 2008 and scrapped.
