Delivered to Hawaiian Airlines as N849HA in 1981. To American International Airways in 1983 and returned to Hawaiian Airlines in 1984. To Frontier Airlines in 1985 then to Continental Airlines in 1986. Reregistered as N16883 in 1990. Withdrawn from use at Goodyear, AZ in 2004. Fuselage still there in 2007. Later scrapped.
