This Mi-8 was first registered to Avialini. Ukrayiny as UR-25526 in March 1992. The frame may also have flown for Universal-avia but at some point the registration was cancelled and exported to Slovakia to join Tech-Mont as OM-AXZ. Around mid-2001 it was placed on to the Czech register as OK-AXZ with Air Helicopter Service with the surviving hulk now stored at LZSV. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
