Delivered to Eastern Air Lines as N996EA in 1977. Reregistered as N414EA in 1978. To Trans World Airlines in 1993, Allegiant Air in 1999, Africa One as 5X-TRE in 2002 and Ghana Airways in 2003. Withdrawn from use at Accra in 2005. To Antrak Air Ghana as 9G-NIN in 2007 but never entered service. Fuselage moved to a field North of the airport in 2011 and still there in 2024.
