Test reg PH-FEP before delivery to Malayan Airways as 9M-AMI in 1963. To Malaysia-Singapore Airlines as 9V-BAP in 1967. Returned to Fokker as PH-FEP in 1971 then to Air Anglia as G-BAUR in 1973 who merged into Air UK in 1980. Leased to British Midland Airways in 1982 and in 1984. Withdrawn from use at Exeter in 1995.
