Constructed as a H-19D-2-SI by Sikorsky at Stratford, CT and delivered to the US Army in December 1954. Registered as N6735 in 1978. Involved in serious accident in June 1991 at McClusky, ND during spaying operations along a canal when power was lost and hard landing led to tail boom being severed by rotors.
