From a batch of 215 North American F-86F-40-NA Sabres, many of which were supplied to Japan, Spain, Pakistan and Taiwan. 55-3818 went the JASDF as 62-7432 and on return from Japan became gate guard for the 161st ARW Arizona ANG.
