Delivered to American Airlines as N7557A in 1963. To Simbair as 5X-UWM in 1975. Impounded at Heathrow in 1977. To Tradewinds as G-BFEO later in 1977. Withdrawn from use at Davis-Monthan AFB in 1986 and used for parts in the KC-135E program. Remains scrapped in 2013.
