Sitting outside Greenpoint Technologies is one of the "Terrible Teens" aircraft that has never found a home. Built in March 2010 for Royal Air Maroc but never delivered, most likely due to the overweight issues which stems from structural reinforcements added to where the wings joined the fuselage. All the modifications needed meant these early 787s were about 6 tons overweight. This 787 was sold to "Residence II Ltd." and flown to Moses Lake in 2017 to be converted to a BBJ and has been in and out of the hangars over the years.
