F-014 with the picture of Jan Plesman with the 322Sq mascot, to celebrate the 80th anniversary of 322Sq. On 1 September 1943 the Spitfire of Jan Leendert Plesman was shot down near Saint-Omer in France. Jan Leendert was one of the sons of aviation pioneer Albert Plesman. Eldest son of Albert Plesman , captain Hans Plesman, crashed with Lockheed L-749 Constellation PH-TER near Bari, Italy on June 23rd 1949.
