The XL-113 is derived from the L-13 Blaník and its motorised variant L-13SW Vivat, and was to be used for agricultural spraying, aerial inspection and photography with the first flight, as OK-UXA, taking place in November, 1988. However, after a year of tests, the results were disapponting so development was halted. The plane received a new Rotax 912 engine and new registration, OK-9121, and flies today as a sport pane. It is pictured taxiing out for departure after attending the super 11th Reunion of Czechoslovak Aircraft.
