Acc to a sign in front of the a/c (Google translate): This aircraft is an experimental airplane that was succesfully tested and flown after a 3-year design, development and manufacturing process from October 1996 to November 1998 by students of the Aircraft Manufacturing Research Group (the titels on the fuselage), an academic club at Hankook University of Korea. The X-4 fuselage is made entirely of aluminum except for some composite materials, and it has a semi-monocoque structure.
