The source says: 'Flight of Lockheed Venturas from Emirau, May 1943.' However, these PV-2 airframes did not enter RNZAF service in the Pacific theatre until 1944. They did not apparently receive a British Mk designation. This photo was added on 6 July 2024, and has since been viewed 198 times. |
