Hola Airlines started operating summer flights between Palma de Mallorca and Albacete the first of July 2003, hence EC-IFV was christened Albacete. Hola had an agreement with Spanish Tour Operators Travelplán, Iberojet and Soltour and even some works were performed at Albacete, traditionally Los Llanos Spanish Air Force Base, to provide civil terminal, accesses and facilites.
