Delivered 1969 and served with 2 OCU, 77 Sqdn and 76 Sqdn. Painted in a special scheme to commemorate the 50th anniversary of 76 Sqdn and the 25th year of RAAF Macchi operation in 1992. However as it emerged fatigue issues were noted and it was grounded, the paint scheme being repeated on another MB.326.
