Taking off from Lake Spenard, Anchorage, carrying what appears to be a strong door as external cargo. Delivered new to the US Army in 1952 as 51-16796. Retired from military service in 1972. Became N1018B with Kenmore Air Harbour in 1979. Moved to Anchorage in 1981 as N166BM with Bill Martin Fish Alaska Inc, later operating for Alaska Air Taxi. Joined Snow Owl LLC at King Salmon, Alaska, in 2008 and was re-registered N135AR. Transferred to Talarik Air of King Salmon in 2016. This photo is copyright © David A.
