This An-2 was originally registered to the Lithuanian directorate of Aeroflot as CCCP-84637 in April 1981. The plane became LY-AER in January 1992 and was used for the next years as a parachute jump ship until the CoA expired in May 2001. The plane is now preserved (stored?) at ESSE and, apparently, painted to resemble a Westland 'Lysander'. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
