This Trident was delivered to BEA in March 1964 and was finally retired from flying in February 1975, although it soldiered on for a while as a ground trainer. In January 1982 it went to the RAF Museum at Cosford as part of their airliner collection was but scrapped in 2006 with only the nose section now surviving. It is on display at the Scottish National Museum of Flight. This photo is copyright © Alastair T. Gardiner, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
