First flew as PH-EXI then reregistered as PH-FSR in 1983. Displayed as a proposed new military version with a number of external pods. Reverted to a standard F27-400M and delivered to Scibe Airlift as 9Q-CBE in 1986. Withdrawn from use at Goma, Zaire in 1991 after being damaged by a missile en route from Kigali, Rwanda.
