Test Reg SE-E04 before delivery to Comair as N340CA in 1984. To Chautauqua Airlines in 1995 and operated for USAir Express in 1995 who became US Airways Express in 1997. To Shuttle America as N340SZ in 2002 and operated for United Express then to Pacific Coastal Airlines as C-GPCE in 2006. Withdrawn from use at Vancouver, BC in 2016 and scrapped.
