Delivered new to Lauda Air in 1994 and later with Eurowings, Malev Express and Adria Airways before returning to Bombardier as a test aircraft in 2011. In 2016 it was donated to the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) as an instructional airframe. The aircraft still wears the fleet number "AH" near the nose, referencing its time at Adria Airways as "S5-AAH."
