Beauty or beast? Believed to belong to the 696th Independent Helicopter Regiment at the time. Torzhok also housed a test unit, the 344th Center for Combat Employment and Retraining of Personnel (344 TsBP i PLS) and some sources say that the helicopter regiment was part of that unit.
