Allied Signal re-engined the popular Falcon 20 in 1988 with the TFE731 turbofan, almost doubling the range of this business jet thanks to the reduced fuel consumption. The aicraft was marketed as the 731-Falcon 20/20B. The 20B had -5BR turbofans equipped with a thrust reverse system.
